All we can really say about this is that it’s about time they released it.  We are up to 4.6 and 4.7 in other devices, and here we were, waiting for 4.5 to come out.  The excitement in waiting for it for a whole year isn’t really there any more, but this is a big relief for those who haven’t already updated their OS via other carriers.  Big ups to AT&T!   Your easy download link can be found below:
