PCWorld wrote a review yesterday in regard to what the top five FREE must-have BlackBerry applications are.  Definitely a great list of apps.  I definitely will go ahead and download those I do not have already.  But I have to give it to PCWorld for this, because you MUST have these if you own a BlackBerry device.

First in line, we saw Slacker Radio which provides you with unlimited FREE streaming music on your BlackBerry.  This application has many channels to choose from including categories like: 80′s, 90′s, Current Hits.  If you do not like a specific artist you can block the category of the artist or just block the artist themselves!  Great functions and many more to discover.  Download your free copy today!

Next mentioned was the famous BOLT Browser, which is a mobile web browser available for BlackBerry and is said to be compatible with every single cellular device with wap access.  Definitely a great application as it displays web sites the way it does on an actual PC.

Smartflicks makes it in third place in the top five.  We reviewed about this application several days ago (click here to check it out).  It’s an excellent application for working side by side with your Netflix account.  Order all your movies right on your BlackBerry, even add some more movies to your queue/wish-list.

Now here’s a nice application that we rarely saw reviews for.  I will download my copy personally today! Where is a GPS enabled program that lets you know what is around you including local establishments and specific places you are looking for.

Finally, we have Capture It which is a nice handy program that allows you to take an actual screen shot of your BlackBerry screen instantly.  Great for trying to figure out error messages and posting on forums or even here at PocketBerry! Download your copy here today OTA
