The Missing Sync for BlackBerry lets you synchronize contact and calendar data, including tasks, with BlackBerry devices using iCal, Address Book or Entourage. It also syncs with iPhoto and synchronizes notes and memos.

Missing Sync for BlackBerry allows you to synch your contacts, calendar, and tasks using iCal, Address Book, or even Microsoft Entourage (Mac’s version of Outlook).  It will also sync with iPhoto and upload all your notes and memos there.  Pretty neat.

In the new 2.0 release, we see support for Bluetooth data synchronization.  It has something called “Proximity Sync” which enables you to wirelessly sync data between your Mac and BlackBerry device automatically as long as they are within range of eachother.

iTunes media and playlist synchronization is also new, along with text message and call history archiving. Video syncing has also been added; you can drag and drop videos onto the Missing Sync to encode and transfer them to your BlackBerry, or transfer videos on your BlackBerry back to your Mac.

Download it today and see how fascinating it is.  I’m installing it on my MacBook right now.  This way I don’t have to use my PC or Asus Netbook to use Desktop Manager!  For more info, click here.
