Rogers released Demand TV & Music for the BlackBerry Bold today which quite nice if you ask me.  Channels include Cartoon Network, NHL, Weather Network, Sportsnet, CBC News, and many others.  The service costs $15 for either TV or music.  If you want both of them, it comes to be a total of only $25 for the package.  Unlimited access is included ofcourse
