Now this Dark Knight theme over at Themes4BB looks a lot better than the version for the Bold!  We see bigger instances of the Joker and the fonts are just incredibly designed.  It runs really smooth on the BlackBerry Storm (9500/9530) and does not have any bugs til date.

The folks over at Themes4BB have the nicest themes I must say.  Every day I check them out their free and premium selection just keep increasing by the day.  Here’s a great theme for all those lucky enough to have the Curve 8900 now.  Smooth simple theme with TextBox and customizable home screen icons as well.  Check it folks!

In Massachusetts, Carver School administration staff has recently been given the opportunity to obtain the Blackberry Curve, and the best part is that it is a courtesy of the school department.

“If administrators wanted reimbursement, they had to purchase similar phones to help ease tech support,” Gillis said. “We chose the Blackberry Curve. Obviously when the company stops making that model we will encourage them to purchase a similar model.”

According to Chief Operations and Finance Office Matt Gillis, administrative staff is required to be accessible by phone 24/7 for the staff’s support. The school has a plan with AT&T wireless that issues no-cost or low-cost basic cell phones, but Gillis said many of the administrators need more than a basic phone. Some already had their own phones and didn’t want to have to carry a work phone as well.  BlackBerry enables many of them to access school email, calendar updates, and notifications where ever they roam.

This is a free Dark Knight/Batman Begins theme over from BlackBerryFreaks

It’s definitely a really nice theme and as you can see a lot of detail and thought has been put into it.  It runs smooth on the phone with no lag.  In addition, there’s a variety of background changes in different menus which is really nice.

Google Talk has a new build in town.  It is now version 2.1.41.  We haven’t seen any changes with this one yet til date, but if you are currently experiencing any technical difficulties with your current version, we strongly recommend you go ahead and update your Google Talk for BlackBerry today.

Theme works like a charm, and gives it that little Bold/Storm kick to it.  Requires OS 4.5 which everyone around should have by now.  Theme icons were made professionally and go very well with the amazing background image.
