Earlier last month, we saw HTC attempting to copy the BlackBerry a little too much.  Now we see the new HTC Maple legitmately copying the BlackBerry with its fine trackball in the middle.  Lawsuit anyone?  Let’s just face it: the BlackBerry is the primary device for the whole world, and these other phone companies are attempting to do what it takes to match up with it and perhaps beat it to the top of the mountain.

As you can see, on this device it has the quite similar trackball in the middle, and on the back having quite the same look ast the BlackBerry Bold.  What’s going on HTC?
