As soon as the clock struck 10PM, we all went anxiously on our PCs refreshing the page, only to find out that BlackBerry App World is coming soon, and not so around the corner as we expected.  Anyway if you go to http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/appworld/ , you’ll see that you can sign up to get  first notifications as to when the App World will release officially.  Stay tuned..
