As always heres the low down on the app:

SmrtGuard (pronounced Smart Guard), is your Smartphone Guardian. SmrtGuard for BlackBerry® is here to help consumer BlackBerry® smartphone users “lowjack” and remotely wipe their smartphones, to protect them in the event of theft or loss.

In addition, SmrtGuard for BlackBerry provide over-the-air backup and restore of personal data the BlackBerry smartphone.
