Did you bother ever updating your OS Heidi or did you stick to the buggy OS that AT&T equipped your BlackBerry Bold with? I’m pretty sure Heidi is unaware of any OS update where abouts, or how to even delete the vendor file if her life depended on it. Here she is seen practically on her knees in desperation while looking at her BlackBerry device. My great guess would be she was in the middle of a phone call or email and her Bold froze and reset itself. At that point she has no choice but to watch the hour glass for about 5-7 minutes until her phone comes back to life. We’re truly sorry Heidi.
