The big movie star Amanda Bynes, which I have admired from the beginning of her career is indeed a BlackBerry user. Featured as a child in the hit Nickelodeon TV show “All That” and “The Amanda Show,” Bynes exemplifies great acting, and now a great BlackBerry Bold 9000 user!

When i first heard about this app it really got me thinking as to why BlackBerry’s didn’t come with this feature already. I know of quite a few other phones that have this capability and kind of figured an amazing phone such as the BlackBerry should have it to. Anyways, because it doesn’t come with this feature the people at MobiChampion Software brought us bbCard. bbCard is a contacts exchange tool dedicated mainly for Blackberry mobile users to send and receive contacts through a bluetooth connection. It is so simple to use and to many people is a feature that is very well needed.
It’s as simple as this. Connect your phone via bluetooth to another bluetooth enabled phone, go to contacts, select the contact you would like to send and in your menu it will say “Send (or Receive) Using Bluetooth… It’s honestly as simple as that!

Hello everyone, i was just notified on the newly updated version of Mobiola xPlayer! Other new features include podcast support (both audio and video), as well as radio support. This app will only cost you $19.99 at either the MobiHand Store or directly from SHAPE.
I gave the trial version a quick look over and it looks like a really sturdy app. I’d recommend it to anyone. It’s a good alternative to going on MobiHand and purchasing FlipSide or something because it can deal with both audio and video files as well as there different formats.
Mobiolia xPlayer Description:
Mobiola xPlayer is a multimedia player for all major audio and video formats. Listen to your favorite songs and Live Radio, see the full screen video on the go! Mobiola xPlayer now supports podcasts! Allows you to listen to actual business, sport, music news on the go!

Alright, so i was just informed that today an Amazon app was released for BlackBerry. I have not got the chance to download it yet and have never really even ever bought anything off of it but still it is good news. I’ll be sure to either write up a full review or Mac will.
Amazon Description:
- Fast: Shop over 40 product available from Amazon.com and thousand of other merchants.
- Convenient: Access your existing Amazon account, cart, wish lists, payments, and shipping settings, order history, 1-Click, and Prime membership benefits.
- Secure: All orders placed on Amazon are processed at Amazon’s secure servers.
Unfortunately, the Amazon app is only available for “Trackball” BlackBerry’s. You can find more HERE or download it over the air HERE!

This morning i was informed about a new app called IntelliBerry (thanks Brando)! The new application is a shortcut application that prides itself in not needing any setup what so ever. The application achieves this by using it’s “intelligent” framework to learn what applications you use most and adapts itself using that knowledge to find exactly what it is you are looking for. I have been testing the trial and personally love this app! It was dubbed in the MobiHand description, “Magic Words.”
I love this app mostly because it learns and customizes it’s self, which if you ask me is a really cool feature to have. How can you been an app that’s so useful AND you don’t even need to set it up? Anyways you can pick yourself up a copy of IntelliBerry HERE as well as a free 4 day trial version. The app is $6.95 but you can pick it up for $4.95 until April 30th. So hurry up and get your copy now!

To set aside all the confusion on this application, lets lay out the facts as to what it does exactly.
- Empowers users to follow current events
- Understand their legislators voting records
- Compare the records with their own personal belief systems
- Allows users to vote on the same congressional bills
- Compares the result with their legislators’ voting history
- Every week the application compiles the users voting record
- Sends information to the appropriate legislator clearly indicating whether or not their constituents support or oppose their views on particular issues
Paul Everton, founder of Visible Vote said, “The purpose of this application is to help increase transparency and accessibility of voting records — thereby making elected officials accountable for their own actions. Visible Vote is intended to empower Facebook users to vote according to their own belief systems, assess whether their elected officials are voting appropriately, and communicate directly with them. The idea is to put the power back in the voters’ hands.”

I can’t say that the Pearl Flip really gets leaked updates on a daily basis, but here is one very rare occasion we see here. Any way, the update is up to 4.6.0.259. Of course as always, download at your own risk and don’t forget to delete the “vendor” file. To download the leaked OS, click here
