Nine Inch Nails App for BlackBerry in the works
by The PocketBerry TeamSo who’s Trent Reznor? He’s in the band NIN (Nine Inch Nails) and has posted quite an interesting Twitter post today. The update reads “Work is underway for a new BlackBerry version of the NIN app. The answer to your next question is ‘soon.’ ” From what we heard, rumor has it that the software release for the iPhone was really hectic as Apple gave the band a hard time and rejection in the end. Apple eventually let the update pass after a series of angry emails were sent with some changes to the app.
Even though Reznor was furious with Apple’s silly approval process, he still is less passionate about the BlackBerry. He continues to stress that the iPhone is “the most elegant, modern smartphone at this point in time,” and BlackBerry devices are “OK” with “inconsistent hardware.”
