This a full blown out customized design as you can see.  So what’s difference in this theme than any other?  EVERYTHING!  Different icons, different backgrounds, different menus, different desktop indicators(clock, battery/signal meter, etc), and everything else all looks different here.  Usually we see themes such as these become premium themes for $4.99 and up!  This one is absolutely free to download and comes in different versions as well.  Fans of WeatherBug for BlackBerry?  There is a designated slot just for it that looks cosmetically great!  You should definitely check it out yourselves and let us know what you think!  The OTA (over the air) links are available just below, as well as desktop download if you do not have data or just want to use Desktop Manager traditionally.  Enjoy.
