BlackBerry Desktop Software officially coming to Mac
by The PocketBerry Team
It always becomes a dilemma for Mac users when it comes to syncing their BlackBerry devices. Sure there are other programs out there such as PocketMac which can get you around basic usage of BDM, but an official application where capabilities are endless becomes quite essential. PocketMac is a great syncing software for your BlackBerry if you are indeed using a Mac but it isn’t the same as a lot of features are just not there. RIM has announced the release of an official BlackBerry Desktop Software launching this September for all Mac users, getting full capabilities as if they were on a PC.
Problems encountered with PocketMac included installing software, games, and syncing music. With the new and improved BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac, you will be able to sync your iTunes playlist and all personal information such as contacts, tasks, and appointments. In addition, installing games and software will be fully possible with the new and improved Mac version.
