Here’s a pretty cool theme for those who favor the clean desktop wallpapers and backgrounds without having any icons cluttering the screen at all times. The Hidden Dock theme for BlackBerry Curve 8900 is impressive as it literally has a hidden dock that comes and goes as you request it. The menus have been changed to a white background along with the menus as well with a touch of transparency.

Being one of the biggest, breakin’ BlackBerry news of the day, the BlackBerry Storm 2 shows some more of its true colors today. Specs have been released on what may be the 9520 (via AT&T Wireless) and 9550 which is suggested to be the CDMA version (most likely Verizon Wireless, or Sprint given that it is a 50 in the end and not a 30, and Sprint does have the 8350i). The 9520, being completely GSM will rock GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and HSDPA.

Sprint has souped up their inventory on BlackBerry Curves instead of shelving them like other carriers will pretty soon. It looks like Sprint is far from doing it as they are now offering the BlackBerry Curve 8330 in an “inferno” color as pictured above. Purchasing the device with a plan is only $149.99 with a $100 mail-in rebate, making the phone only $49.99. Check out more details over at Sprint’s website.

It looks like the famous Skyfire mobile Browser for BlackBerry has finally entered another alpha testing as it has been in alpha for quite a few months. There were many false rumors floating around that it is beta, but we confirmed from a rep over at Skyfire that it was just a rumor and it is currently still in alpha mode. For those who don’t know, Skyfire is a significant browser as it can handle embedded media on website equipped with a sexy Flash Player 10. What’s that mean for us BlackBerry users? We can enjoy going to YouTube.com and Hulu.com streaming media right on their sites without having to use our BlackBerry media players at all.

The folks over at BlackBerry Cool have went ahead and reviewed the new BlackBerry Gemini 8520 which is launching via T-Mobile. This is the first device to be trackball-less and rockin’ the all new “trackpad” or sensor pad as I like to call it from time to time. It looks like “Curve” is engraved on its upper back by the camera, giving the device its own branding. But wait there’s more..

It looks like Tesla Motors is planning some pretty cool features in the next upgraded generations of the Roadster. The main plan is to input WiFi chips into the actual car allowing it to update its firmware, get statistics if needed, unlock doors, and know the exact location of the vehicle.

It looks like Tweeteev isn’t so far from releasing as it is coming out this week., or so their Twitter seems to be hinting it off. By looking at the screen shot, it looks like it will be very much up there as far as BlackBerry Twitter clients. With SocialScope around working great side by side with Facebook and Twitter, and all its new updates, it’s very much a favored app. We saw TweetGenius which many people favored but still needs some work to become an official reliance for us to use.

We’ve all seen the BlackBerry Tour 9630 with many screen shots and previews as to what it can do but we felt there was a need to physically go to the store and take more up close photos of the device and see how the Tour moves along over at Verizon Wireless. We went ahead and took some photos of the device from every angle we could, even got hooked up with some free promotion stuff such as Verizon necklaces with attached BlackBerry Tours on them (made out of paper) reading “BlackBerry Tour Is Here.” Check out all the photos and let us know how you like it.
