RIM says be there if you are a BlackBerry developer or partner, beginner or master mobile application developer, web developer, .NET developer, Java developer, and business lead in mobile application development. With that being said, if you are any of the above, you should attend this conference as it is made for people like you! It is being held in San Francisco, California form November 9-12.
