Verizon Wireless is bringing back that incredible buy one get one free offer where you purhcased a BlackBerry and got the second one free after activation.  So what’s the difference this time?  The deal now includes any other device of equal or lesser value that Verizon retails to its customers.  Basically that means that new Verizon subscribers or those willing to sign up with new two-year contracts  are eligible to receive a free netbook with a BlackBerry Tour smartphone due to its prices. The Tour costs US$199.99 after Verizon’s rebate, and the least-expensive netbook Verizon sells is the HP Mini 1151 NR, also priced at $199.99.  Good deal?

you end up signing a contract for $39.99 a month for $24mo- that comes out to $959.76 on top of the monthly access charges for your blackberry. Unless you really plan on using the mobile broadband, rather than jumping hotspots, then this deal is no deal, just buy a netbook and activate the day pass.
