Of course right after seeing the leaked videos of .191 via BlackBerry Tour show up everywhere on the Internet, exclusively without any download links, a day later it has been found and thankfully shared with the community this time.  This is the OS for the BlackBerry Tour 9630.  It is not a final release but is the latest build out there for OS 5.0 via the Tour.  Don’t forget to delete the vendor file if you do decide to install.  Enjoy.
