BlackBerry Bold 9700 aka Onyx shows up on eBay for $800

With no feedback whatsoever for this user and a CrackBerry watermarked stamp on the picture, we don’t know how reliable this seller can be, but the fact of the matter is that the price being asked is an insane $800!  This one is particularly the second generation Bold/Onyx 9700 as pictured with the trackpad rather than the trackball we saw in earlier generation of the Onyx.     Blackberry….Did the world really need this family of defective communications devices? I do agree that the string of BB devices have enabled millions of people to do millions of things faster, and perhaps more efficiently, but not without cost….financial, personal, emotional…. and personally, the crash, or Black Screen of Blackberry death has entered my life too many times. I'm moving on.
