Hyatt is offering a free BlackBerry promotion (with a strings attached 2 year contract) to those who sign up through their promo site that recently launched.  You don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to participate in this great offer either.  The carriers included are Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T.  So what BlackBerry devices are available?  Don’t expect any Tours or Storms as the only eligible free BlackBerry devices are the 81xx Pearl and the 83xx Curve series.  We got the small fine print below if you’re interested to see what’s in store with the offer.  If you want to get right to the Hyatt promo page, click here.  The promotion code required to enter is “P171″ minus the quotes.

As for the small print..

This offer is fulfilled by Simplexity, LLC, an authorized dealer for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless. Offer requires a new 2-year subscriber agreement with AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, or Verizon Wireless of at least $39.99 per month. A monthly data plan, at an additional cost, may also be required. Offer applies to primary and second lines only. Activation fees of up to $36 per line and early termination fees of up to $200 apply. Offer subject to eligibility check by AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon Wireless, including credit approval and deposit for new customers. Discount will be invalid if the rate plan is changed to a lower monthly service rate, or if equipment is transferred to another line of service. Additional restrictions apply, see terms and conditions for full offer details. Not all U.S. markets are served by AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon Wireless. Offer is subject to change. Offer expires 12/31/2009.
