As it may seem strange to some, T-Mobile made it number one in line for the highest customer service rating.  As you can see in the table above, the in store service get an A- along with Sprint, which is really interesting to see, especially with Sprint’s terms of conditions issues that occurred last year.  Web service is still a new way to cater to customers, so no one yet will be eligible for an A, but T-Mobile breaks through with a B+, scoring higher on its test than any other carrier.  Customer service via phone by T-Mobile has always been nothing but a delight to everyone.  From personal experience in leaving T-Mobile service, offers such as my whole last bill paid along with $100 credit to use for anything T-Mobile was offered just to stay with them.  Overall, T-Mobile racks up an awesome A- as a total average rating, making it dominant over AT&T’s C+ and Verizon & Sprint’s B.

The folks over at Laptop Mag were shocked by AT&T’s incompetence as no in-store representative was able to successfully add an email address to a BlackBerry device, forcing them to go elsewhere to another AT&T store where someone was well educated in the user-friendly tactics.

To check out the full scoop, head over to Laptop Mag where they give you each carrier’s briefing.
