Here’s an awesome theme for all you BlackBerry Curve 83xx owners. It is based on Bob Marley with some really interesting backgrounds of him. The color scheme is very tribal given that it is a Bob Marley theme. We got two versions for your below, one a Today Plus style, the other Bottom Dock style. Both versions require OS 4.5 on the 8300, 8310, 8320, and 8330. Special thanks to MellyMel’s Themes for providing this incredible theme. If you do like this theme, please click here to donate, and feel free to follow the theme maker herself on Twitter by adding

Have you ever seen a friends iPhone and wondered why your BlackBerry text messages can’t be put together in a much more organized and logical form? That is where bChat comes in. bChat gives you a true “threaded SMS” application where instead of one long list of text messages in your inbox, you have lists of conversations based on the contact name. This allows you to much more easily find what you need because of the simplification of browsing. Ever wanted to save your conversation with someone so you can email it in full, or keep a record of it for a later date? bChat easily does this for you, by saving each conversation to a text file on either your device memory or your memory card for easy access, emailing or exporting.

We’re all excited to see that the new BlackBerry Storm is going to be equipped with WiFi at last opening endless opportunities for applications and the obvious WiFi HotSpot capability. In addition, we have the BlackBerry Bold 9700 aka codename Onyx coming out as well before the end of the year (if all goes accordingly and we don’t see any delays like the 9000). In this video, we see an awesome WiFi comparison of the two devices right next to each other. Who will win?

The folks over at BGR got some screenshots of a BlackBerry Curve 8520 rockin’ the Rogers carrier. It’s not much of a surprise to us as the 8520 is coming out worldwide very rapidly. So far, every week since the device’s launch via T-Mobile we have seen the Curve 8520 go to many carriers across the world including many European and South American countries. We would of expected to see a Rogers BlackBerry Curve 8520 sooner, given that they are in Canada, but it finally came so no more complaints from those who were waiting.

So back to the device, it is currently equipped with OS 4.6.1.274. It currently doesn’t have any Rogers stickering on it at the moment as it looks like the device took a walk out of RIM’s plant without proper authorization perhaps.
