The wait is finally over.  We’ve been waiting months and months to see the U2 Mobile Album release and it looks like today is the day.  We heard all sorts of rumors last week  which included a potention release on September 12th, but none of us really got our hopes up as there weren’t any actual stated facts or hints that it would of been the date.  Any way, back to the app.. it was definitely work the wait and hype that Research in Motion put us through.  Download the application from the BlackBerry App World today to get the full scoop on U2 including their mobile album and famous 360 tour.

Seeing images teasing about the Storm coming to AT&T and furthermore images of the actual GSM 9520 is quite a relief and allows us to feel like the day is coming soon.  It looks like the folks over at BGR got their hands on a 9520.  If you read up the full article on their site, you’ll full images of it, side by side with the older 9500/9530 style Storm.

We gathered three great applications that are evolved around Twitter for you fellow readers.  There are many apps out there such as TweetGenius and SocialScope but as we all know they are currently not accessible instantly to the public yet.  TweetGenius (which is said to cost $9.99 when officially launched) is on its merging process with BeeJive and SocialScope requires an invite.  Given that, we decided to sharethese applications which are absolutely free and accessible for everyone to download.

UberTwitter – Free Twitter application allowing you tweet messages, pictures, retweet, view time lines, follow/unfollow, and everything else you like to do on Twitter except tweet videos.

TwitVid – This is where your video solution comes in.  TwitVid strictly has its soul purpose to tweeting videos in the simplest application layout possible.

SnapMyLife – With this app, you’ll get a different vibe of social networking as you can share your photos on the SnapMyLife network as well as Twitter at the same time.  Many folks use it as a “kill two birds with one stone” type of deal.
