As we all know, RIM has plans to release a WiFi version of the BlackBerry Tour 9630 sometime next year.  Salomondrin went ahead and got some great pictures of the device that are quite blurry but very much show a Tour with a trackpad.  So what do we know about this device so far?  As mentioned earlier, it is the replacement for the BlackBerry Tour 9630 which is also CDMA.  It’s going to rock a better camera which we are excited to see.  Perhaps we’ll see a liquid lens on it as the BlackBerry Dakota does?  We’ll find out soon enough.  Of course the BlackBerry Essex will be rockin’ the awesome trackpad which has completely replaced the trackball from what it looks like so far.

The best feature on the BlackBerry Essex is that it will be equipped with WiFi, bringing joy to all Verizon Wireless customers who have been drooling at BlackBerry Curve 8320 devices for sometime.  Stay tuned for more info on the BlackBerry Essex, as we’ll have further details in the next few days.
