The BlackBerry Tour 9630 just got an OS update earlier today officially from Sprint. It appears that the OS is locked to Sprint customers only as you have to do the update through BlackBerry Desktop Manager automatically.  It will be a matter of days until the .exe file releases and then BlackBerry Tour owners via Verizon will be able to install it on their devices as well.
