Want to look cool in front of your BlackBerry friends? Well you can make an attempt by using some symbols that aren’t stock on the BlackBerry keyboard or symbols menu. Simply copy and paste these symbols below to your notepad and use them as you’d like to. The first one is actually a BlackBerry symbol which will not appear as one via PC/Mac. On your BlackBerry Browser, you’ll see that it is clearly a BB logo with 4 “dots” to it. So go ahead and select all these, and copy and paste them to your BlackBerry. Enjoy.

With the new Gmail plugin launching not too long ago for the BlackBerry and BIS 2.8 rolling out, we’re starting to see a lot more action from Google. It looks like a contact syncing option has appeared the the BIS site for those who have Gmail accounts linked to their BlackBerry devices. So the big question is, will there be any purpose for Google Sync any more? For those who are unaware, Google Sync is a nice little application by Google that allows you to sync your Google calendar with your BlackBerry as well as contacts. Seeing that contacts can now be synced through BIS 2.8, it seems to be very possible that calendar sync will be a coming attraction.

We’re grown men and obviously aren’t into Juicy, but we had to share this theme with you all as a really good job has been done in creating it. The icons are really nicely done and the backgrounds are not all hard on the eyes but still doing its job. The home screen gives you four icons split 2×2 on each side. The clock has been relocated to the upper left while the date is down below centered. The theme is absolutely free for download. We got the OTA link for you below the screenshots. Special thanks to romitog from BlueRoomSolution for providing this great theme.
