The white BlackBerry Bold 9000 has made its way to AT&T stores this weekend. If you’re eligible for upgrade, you can head over to your local AT&T store and pick one up. This device came out at a rough time, as the new BlackBerry Bold 9700 is close to releasing in the next month supposedly, so by upgrading now, you might just miss out on the device. Oh well, look on the bright side, as the BlackBerry Bold “3″ could release in your next upgrade period.

Join RIM in the BlackBerry Developer Webinar on October 20th from 2PM-3PM EST. This is RIM’s second webinar, and for those who couldn’t make it last time, you definitely should register today so you can attend it. This webinar will consist of an online discussion for BlackBerry Java developers which will help you better understand mobile application design considerations through a review of best practices and real world examples. In addition, official RIM “guys” will address design considerations specific to mobile apps from Network Communication and User Interface, to Data and Memory management. There will also be a nice walk through within BlackBerry Java Development tools which you’ll see many examples of debugging and optimizing BlackBerry applications.

Earlier yesterday, AT&T Biz Solutions on Twitter posted something quite interesting. From what it looks like, AT&T is supposedly offering the BlackBerry Bold 9000 without a camera as of today, according to the tweet. The tweet reads “Starting Friday — BlackBerry Bold will be available from AT&T in a model without a camera, for secure work places.” This was tweeted on the 15th (yesterday) and it promises Friday, so where is our camera-less BlackBerry Bold 9000 on AT&T’s website?

Here’s a cool theme for all you football fans currently following the season of the NFL. This theme is not specifically targeted towards a team, but more rather to the whole league. You get six icons on the home screen that are split up in two groups on the left and right side. All icons and backgrounds have been customized and modified to be very much “NFL” style. This month seems to be quite the official announcement time for BlackBerry devices. With the Storm2 getting officially launch on BlackBerry.com, we have the BlackBerry Bold 9700 coming soon for various carriers. Bell Canada is up next in getting the 9700 as we got this leaked flyer from the folks over at BGR. November is the set date for this device’s launch as we are all very excited to see what it will bring.

The biggest talk in town for the BlackBerry Bold 9700 is that it is for AT&T and T-Mobile. Battles and wars go back and forth as people fight over what the devices have in common, which one is better, which is one is worse, and so forth. Keeping all the Bold 9700 carrier drama aside, it looks like the Canadian carrier WIND Mobile comes in line, being the third to getting the BlackBerry Bold 9700. Release dates are still up in the air as there still isn’t much of any information about it yet, but it will be a matter of time until we see further leaks.
