The BlackBerry App World had some great announcements today with the new availability of theme submission.  That’s right, you’ll be able to purchase and download themes from the BlackBerry App World.  RIM also just announced that PayPal won’t be the only means of purchasing items on the BlackBerry App World.  You’ll have the choice of having it billed through your carrier on the monthly bill or pay through credit card as well.  PayPal is not phasing out or anything, but instead alternatives methods will be given soon.
