BlackBerry Developer Conference

It’s going to be an exciting week as today starts the BlackBerry Developer Conference in San Francisco, CA.  In this event, we’ll see steps taken to help better application development for the BlackBerry as RIM encourages it.  Application development for the BlackBerry is a fairly new and upcoming trend competing with iPhone as RIM released the BlackBerry App World and made their devices interactively user friendly.

The BlackBerry Developer conference will exemplify ways to make applications better as well as provide introductory lessons for beginner developers.  Speakers such as co-CEO Jim Balsillie have made their introductory speeches 9am welcoming all guests and developers to the conference.  We’ll be seeing more RIM executives speaking at the event which is really exciting to see what they have to say.  RIM has put out the BlackBerry Developer Conference application which is available free on the BlackBerry App World.  With the app, you’ll be able to see all the events, speakers, and live news pushed right to your BlackBerry.
