The wait is over. Both T-Mobile and AT&T can enjoy having the BlackBerry Bold 9700. For $199.99 after a mail-in $100 rebate, you can go to any AT&T retail store location and pick up your Bold 9700, assuming you are eligible for upgrade. It looks like the Bold 9700 for AT&T is exactly identical to the T-Mobile one, as they both share that same light chrome bezel. Any Bold 9700 owners out there have it with the darker chrome? Give us a holler in a comment below. As for the rest of you AT&T customers, make sure you grab your Bold today as it is the best BlackBerry yet.

Seesmic has finally extended to the BlackBerry platform, including others such as Android. Seesmic is a very popular Twitter client app for PC and Mac that gives you full control of multiple accounts at one time through a single screen. They have just released their app for BlackBerry enabling everyone to have another way to tweet on the go. The app doesn’t seem to let you use multiple accounts just yet, but bare with us as we are all still playing with the new app.
- Seesmic for BlackBerry groups all your Twitter timelines into one simple application. Whether you want to scroll through your friends timeline, check on a saved search, view a list or want to find a private conversation with a friend, everything is one click away from the main menu.
- Native application style interface – clean-yet-powerful interface the native BlackBerry email application enjoys and developed a similar experience for your twitter stream. Our goal has been to show more tweets on the screen then any other twitter application for BlackBerry.
- While it is running in the background, Seesmic for BlackBerry will alert you to received Direct Messages and @Replies that require your attention. This is done using the familiar system-wide icon notification bar that alerts you to new mail, sms messages and voicemails.

What’s going on with Sarah Palin? So she just releases her book Going Rogue: An American Life and starts making more media appearances as seen above on Newsweek and on the Oprah Winfrey show. In the picture above, she is holding a BlackBerry Curve 8310. To my knowledge that is the exact model number due to the dark gray color and the obvious design of the 83xx series that we all know. Of course, there is always that possibility that it’s another device, but who cares? This is the BlackBerry Celebrities section, which is completely pointless showing you celebrities rockin’ Berries with a joke here and there. So Newsweek posts “How do you solve a problem like Sarah” on the front cover with her picture which we found more amusing than her holding that 8310 Curve.

Who’s got QuickPull on an OS 5.0 device? Sure it downloads, but as many have reported, the app just doesn’t work. For those who don’t know, QuickPull is an app that eliminates the action of performing a battery pull. Basically it will do a hard reset on your phone, starting it from scratch (not deleting your info, relax). It has just been updated to work with OS 5.0, which may not come in handy for the newer Bold 9700 as it barely freezes to begin with.

It’s been an exciting morning as we all got the first look on the BlackBerry Pearl 9100. We’ve seen the Pearl 81xx and the Pearl Flip 82xx release in the past, but it has just been so long since we heard anything further from SureType development. With all the other QWERTY BlackBerry devices releasing this past year, have you lost interest in SureType devices like the Pearl or has it made you more anxious to get a hold of this device? Drop us a line and let us know

ZAGG has just put out the Invisible Shield for the BlackBerry Bold 9700. As you all know, the Bold 9700 is just too nice of a device to mess up oh so early. With the beautiful chrome bezel going all around, it becomes very essential to apply appropriate protection to it. For only $24.95, you can get the full body BlackBerry Bold 9700 Invisible Shield. For those not familiar with the Invisible Shield, it is unlike any other protection. Forget those eBay auctions selling plastic screen covers where you only have one chance to put it on the device. The Invisible Shield allows you to flex it around in the way you want it to be, giving you the capability of removing it and reapplying it at ease. Keys, knives, and other sharp objects will not scratch it. You can purchase the full body which covers every surface of the device or just the screen cover. Of course we recommend the full body.
