If you registered for updates, then you received an email today letting you know all the general specifics on WES 2010.  It will be held in Orlando, Florida on April 27th-29th.  You still can’t register for the event yet, but an early bird special of $400 off will be offered.  Sign up on their site to receive updates when registration doors open.  My personal suggestion is to take full advantage of the early bird registration as you will get $400 off, and will regret it later when you end up paying up in full.
