As we were introduced to the idea at the BlackBerry Developer Conference, RIM is trying to push all developers to make themes for the BlackBerry.  In addition, it was announced that the BlackBerry App World will be carrying themes very soon.  RIM has taken the next step by putting up a link saying “Create themes for your BlackBerry Smartphone.”  Basically lots of encouragement is being put out to developers and BlackBerry users all over the world to create themes, which could result in a feature of the BlackBerry App World.  Got what it takes to build a theme?
