I availed of this package and it seems that that it is only good for push mail. My regular load was deducted when I was used my phone for browsing. I called CS and they said that web browsing isn't included in this package. Also, the yahoo messenger isn't working.

Smart is still working on having unlimited browsing and messaging at this time because gprs is being used for this service?? (as advised by all reps I spoke with)

Smart shouldn't of stated unlimited for browsing and messaging. This is somehow misleading.

Regular browsing charge will apply when subscriber accesses the web browser using WAPSmart APN (or Smart Internet, as popularly known). <<------------ kinda confusing
