BlackBerry Limited Edition with TV, Stylus, and More
by The PocketBerry Team
These devices always give me a good laugh. It’s amazing seeing how far manufacturers in other countries will go just to immitate a product. Earlier in March, we saw the HTC Maple which rocked the trackball and we all claimed it was copying the BlackBerry. What do we have to say about this device which rocks the word “BlackBerry” on it? As you can see by the screenshots below (click to enlarge), OS 5.0 doesn’t seem to be on there either. Nice try guys. We’ve definitely seen better jobs done on BlackBerry OS lookalikes, but this is just sloppy. This “limited edition” phony BlackBerry is going for $158 on eBay, brand new in the box with a TV antenna, stylus, and 2GB of storage. Given that this device is obviously based on the Storm, how many of you would like to see a new Storm with a slide-out keyboard this size?
