We got a tip from Miguel over at LaBlackBerry that the Sirius XM Radio application is coming soon.  So who’s getting it?  The BlackBerry Storm 1 and 2, Bold 9700 and 9000, and the BlackBerry Tour 96xx. Next question you’re wondering is how soon is soon?  According to sources, the Sirus XM application is expected to launch by the end of January (that’s this month).

The channels available will be limited to only 120, which matches what the iPhone users currently get.  By the look of it, Howard Stern will not be available on it as his stations are not on the iPhone application either.  The whole purpose of the Sirius XM application is to extend subscribers accounts now, where they’ll be able to listen in through their car, home, PC, Mac, and now BlackBerry.

If you look closely, the screenshot above is not the official, one but a rendering instead so don’t take it “sirius.”
