Just last week we gave you the leaked download of Foursquare for BlackBerry but it looks like the beta version is officially launched today. Kyle from BlackBerry Cool discovered so earlier immediately after reviewing the app. So if you’re currently using Foursquare services, give the application a test drive.

So the Nexus One releases by Google and a lot of people are hating on, especially BlackBerry users. But we do love themes based off it if that makes any sense. Ever since the device launched, we’ve see endless amounts of Nexus One themes and thought we’d round em all up for you in one post. Of course many more will come and might already be out there so if you do come across any others, let us know and we’ll add it to the list. The following list has been tested by us here and so we’ll start with the best and make out way down.

Enjoyed the last Mega Man game for BlackBerry? Well it’s back again with a lot more action and exciting levels. Mega Man Rush Marine has a different vibe to it than the previous game as it is all under water. In this game you (Mega Man) and the shape shifting robot dog Rush will go level by level in a whole new world under the sea.
Experience: You can never be disappointed by any Mega Man game. The graphics are the same as they were on any Nintendo Gameboy or Sega Genesis. Controls are very easy to use and the game play is all exciting. What I would of liked to see is more levels and possibly a wider variety of different “weapons” that Mega Man can launch from his sleeve.

It’s still going on. Just yesterday we posted about the same Haiti spam situation on BBM, but it looks like a new one has started circulating. This time the bored folks who started tried adding some authenticity to it by putting in an alleged “red cross.” So if you don’t put the cross, RIM won’t be able to track the message, says the spam. The first attempt failed as every online publication blew it up and claimed it as fake. So here’s another failed attempt which is now officially marked fraudulent. Just another reminder that these are not real, and RIM cannot track these forwards to donate per message. Stay spam free and find better ways to contribute to the cause in Haiti.

No it’s not Colorware. Over a week ago, we let you know about TrueSupplier which offered different colored trackpads for BlackBerry. We got a tip fro Janet that they have just added housing for the BlackBerry Bold 9700 in silver chrome. This isn’t like the $20,000 Case-Mate cover for the BlackBerry Curve 83xx or the $240,000 cover for the 8900 we saw awhile back, and is actually quite affordable at only $50.99 with the full housing, buttons, and keyboard. Free shipping too might I add.

It’s that time again and we are giving out 50 free copies of HotkeyManager. For those who don’t know, here’s a quick recap on the application.
HotkeyManager is a very convenient app that gives you shortcuts on your BlackBerry keyboard. You can easily create and manage shortcuts to applications, phone calls, system utilities, and any other application for your BlackBerry. While using this application, you’ll see how much more productive you can be when apps are only just a click away.
With HotkeyManager, you can setup shortcuts to BlackBerry applications (such as Alarm, Calendar, Google Maps, MemoryUp, NetworkAcc and Texas Hold’Em King 2, etc.), shortcuts to phone calls by simply adding contacts from your BlackBerry contacts, and shortcuts to BlackBerry system utilities (such as Open/Close WiFi, Open/Close Signal, Camera, Email/SMS/MMS/PIN, and Shutdown BlackBerry, etc.). All the tedious scrolling and searching now turns into a single hotkey-click.
HotkeyManager is currently on sale for $3.99 until January 31st where it’ll then get bumped back up to $7.99. Today we are giving out 50 free copies of it so grab it while you still can. First come, first serve. Head over to the PocketBerry Store today and use the coupon code “HMGIVEA10” which will make it absolutely free.

The rumor says it is so far, but we don’t know for sure. Mauricio over at BlackBerryRocks was sent this image letting him know that it is official. By the look of the app, it looks very Twitter branded to me, and not so much RIM.
Rumored Features:
- Notification of number of new tweets on the home screen with icon, like text messages
- Main app opens friends timeline
- Ability to view followers
- Follow/unfollow functions
- Create direct messages, replies and new tweets
- Keyword search and saved results
- Tweet photos directly from camera or memory card
- View photos from other tweets
- View trending topics
- Address book integration
According to rumors, we’re expecting to see the official Twitter client by RIM release sometime in February. The application was allegedly brought up in a BlackBerry Bold 9700 event in Mexico for Telcel. Time will tell, and since February is not far away now, we can sit patiently to wait until then.

Ed Hardy, one of Christian Audigier’s trendy lines has made its way to the BlackBerry once again. For all those who missed the Ed Hardy Theme on your Bold 9000, it has just been extended to the newer Bold 9700. The icon layouts are all very much the same still. The only difference is its compatibility has been extended. We got the over the air (OTA) download below along with some screenshots. Special thanks to Cool BlackBerry Themes for this!

Maybe you’re not a bartender but you might be hosting a party. Good impressions would have to be made, so it goes without saying that you’ll twist a few drinks up to hype the crowd. Bartender Pro for BlackBerry gives you an incredibly easy interface unlike any other bartending apps out there. Normal bartender applications give you a list of recipes you can choose from and that’s it. We have books for that. Bartender Pro lets you enter which ingredients you currently have and then it will display what you can make.
