Contact utilities are always useful.  I’ve been using Gwabbit for quite sometime now and love it.  Here’s a new one to my collection called VCard Add-on which allows you to receive, send, and import contacts via SMS as Nokia smartphones do.

  • Send and receive Vcards by SMS between Blackberry and Nokia (as well as other phone brands that recognize SMS Vcards).
  • Blackberry users can exchange Vcards by SMS if both parties have the SMS Vcard Add-on installed.
  • Send Vcards by SMS to numbers that are not saved as contact in your agenda.
  • Choose the phone number to which you plan to send the Vcard and the number you want to send (if there are more than one phone numbers in your chosen contacts).
  • Recognition of different language characters used in contacts.
  • Basic help window.

SMS VCard Add-on goes for $2.99 at the PocketBerry Store.  Head over there to check out more info on the app and purchasing it.
