T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8900 Discontinued – Curve 8910 next?
by Mac Jadalhack
The rumors are floating around the blogs, and we had to see what was going on to let you folks know. Just last night, we had an email tip from Quentin that he couldn’t order a BlackBerry Curve 8900 online. As Collin replied to his email to try back later, that seemed to not be the situation at all. According to Engadget, the T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8900 is being discontinued now. Furthermore, they also received confirmation from T-Mobile that the Curve 8900 has “reached the end of its life-cycle.”
Aside from all that, we’ve seen bits and pieces of the all new Curve 8910, which RIM made us delete the leaked info. Get it? From the look of it, T-Mobile is looking to roll out the new BlackBerry Curve 8910. It’s a matter of time until we see the device get more leaked images with a T-Mobile sticker on it.
So what do you do now fellow T-Mobile customer looking to upgrade your BlackBerry? There are other alternatives for the time being. You can go with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 or even the Curve 8520. Personally, if I was in the market for the Curve 8900, then I would definitely go with the Bold 9700 as the Curve 8520 is much too basic. Other options? You can wait to hear more about the Curve 8910′s release and if it will indeed hit the streets with T-Mobile.
