The BlackBerry Tour 9630 got another OS update today, only this time it’s leaked and found by the folks over at BBLeaks.  At one point I recall not getting any OS updates period for the Tour, and now we’re very much overwhelmed between all the official and leaked ones available for it.  So as this is leaked, download and install at your own risk.
