Seesmic for BlackBerry Updates With Ping.fm Integration & More

We were following Seesmic on Twitter closely today as they posted about releasing a new major update in the next hour, but really ended up taking longer than that. Any way, we are always pleased in seeing new updates with Twitter applications, seeing who added what, which client is better than the other, and who remains on top. We’re happy to see that Seesmic as added Ping.fm capability in their application (after acquiring Ping.fm) and capability of adding multiple Twitter accounts. Super cool if you ask me. Features:

Multi-Accounts and cross-posting – It’s exciting to be able to tweet and post from multiple accounts, even having the same message get tweeted through different accounts too. Pretty much what we’re seeing here is more of the Seesmic for Desktop get integrated right on the BlackBerry.

Ping.fm is now integrated with Seesmic – As Seesmic announced their acquisition of Ping.fm, they have integrated the service as promised, and yes on BlackBerry as well.

TweetPhoto Service – Sending pictures is key on Twitter. The coolest thing we see here is being able to resize the images to small, medium, or large before sending it out. As we couldn’t tweet photos before, the service is now open.

We’re going to spend the next few (who knows how long) playing around with Seesmic as we rushed in bringing it to you folks as well to try it out along with us at the same time.
