Verizon BlackBerry Tour OS 5.0 Coming Next Week?
by Mac Jadalhack
I’ll go ahead and say I agree with this tip. It’s quite an assumption to make but Verizon clearly states everything in black and white, making it only obvious that this is true. So here’s what’s going on exactly. Push To Talk for Verizon BlackBerry smartphones requires OS 5.0. March 30th is the release date for PTT for the BlackBerry Tour 9630. Given that OS 5.0 is required, the assumption to be made is that OS 5.0 will be coming along with it, beforehand hopefully. Is this too much to assume? Because the way I see it, it seems very straight forward. I couldn’t imagine PTT to release for the Tour while OS 5.0 doesn’t release yet. That would basically say that Verizon is urging its Tour owners to use leaked and other carrier OS 5.0′s.
