Skype Officially Launches for Verizon Smartphones

So Skype has made its way to Verizon smartphone users today officially.  Many are disappointed with the fact that it isn’t true VoIP (voice over IP) at all.  Skype calls use your Verizon account minutes to connect to other users when chatting.  It is cool feature to have, but we have apps such as Nimbuzz which do the same.  Either way, it’s still convenient to have if you do favor Skype, so if you are a Verizon smartphone owner, hit the link below for more information on Skype for Verizon smartphones.
