Free App: Stocks+ Lets You Check Your Stocks Status & Display Them On Homescreen

As I was browsing through our app store, I saw that Stocks+ was a new app in town.  Not just new but free too.  Stocks+ is a very cool app that lets you check stocks status and display them on your homescreen. It updates all around the clock so you’ll always see it up to date.

Features:

  • 1. Easy to use user interface. Just start the application and you will see a base set of stock quotes.
  • 2. Live Home Screen with stock quotes list. You can set in settings to display the list of stock on your Home Screen as wallpaper.
  • 3. Stocks automatically updated. Set the update interval with 1, 3, 10, 30 minutes and 1 hour.
  • 4. Add your stocks. Easy to add a new stocks. Use a stock lookup.
  • 5. A must have for all BlackBerry owners who own stocks. This version is the first public BETA version, but we’re planning to add a lot of new and interesting features.
  • 6. Support all connection types. Application supports connection via BES, BIS, TCP and Wi-Fi.

    This does not work on the Bold 9000. I receive an error message about something not loading.. I removed it before posting this comment!!!

    supported devices doesnt seem to loist 9000 but only 9700

    Awesome- it'd be nice to have rotating/alternate 'spaces' to set the default background to show specific information. As if I'm not overwhelmed with information already; I always felt like the empty space on the main screen of my 9700 was wasted.
