Virgin Mobile has posted on Twitter that they will be offering the BlackBerry Torch 9800 soon.  There are no dates yet but as you all know AT&T does have it exclusive in the US for now so this goes for the UK.  For all you current Virgin Mobile customers abroad, keep your head high as the “best BlackBerry ever” is headed your way!  Nothing is posted yet on their site, but keep your eyes open for more info and pricing.

This is strictly for Canada (hence why the tweet is from the Virgin Mobile Canada account) where Virgin Mobile operates on GSM. In the US, Virgin Mobile is CDMA (running off of Sprint). So the US exclusivity still applies for AT&T. Virgin Mobile in Canada could technically release it the same day, just like all the other GSM providers up there in America's hat.
