Hedone Design launched OS6Like a few days ago, giving us the word about it right before it hit the PocketBerry Store.  After having the chance to check it out first hand, I find it to be really impressive and accurate.  Since the Torch isn’t available on T-Mobile yet, I’m OS6-less at the moment.  I know themes don’t solve the problem, but some of my jealousy of the OS comes from the nice icons and swipey menus.  With OS6Like, my BlackBerry Bold 9700 feels like it’s running BlackBerry 6 with the 12 customizable icons and 16 total.  I use the Search app a lot on my Bold and found it very convenient that it is now located up top on the right (where it actually is in OS6).  Here are some more features:

• Animated dock with 12 usercustomizable icons
• Zen and TodayPreview version available
• Wallpaper friendly
• Animation works and looks more like BlackBerry6
• Profiles icon on HomeScreen now shows Profile status
• Application Name is now shown on HomeScreen
• Middle button on HomeScreen now opens Messages not Calendar
• Menu font is set to default BBAlphaSans
