Usually ringtones are created on computers due to the whole process of uploading an audio clip and then having to cut it to 30 seconds or so.  There’s a new application in town that allows you to create ringtones right on your BlackBerry.  Why bother going through websites and computer applications when you can make ringtones on your BlackBerry directly?  The process is real easy:

• Choose any song from your music collection to use as a ringtone
• Zoom in and choose your favorite part of the song to use as the tone
• Make and use tones directly from your BlackBerry
• Pick MP3 or M4A (non-DRM) tracks for your tones
• Preview tones you’re making – even hear how they’ll loop
• Use your tones for ringers, custom contact ringtones and alert tones

And that’s all there is to it.  I personally don’t ringtone much and keep my ringer quite stock.  But I know tons of people are still loving ringtones and switch them up a lot.  It’s 99 cents to purchase a special promotion, but will soon bump back up to its $2.99 price tag.  Hit the link below for more info and screenshots or to purchase it.
