A few months back, we had the opportunity to review the 2011 Ford Fiesta and how the BlackBerry communicated well with it.  Unfortunately it was an older version of sync where application syncing was not supported.  Next week, we’ll be getting a 2011 Ford Edge equipped with the latest version of SYNC where we’ll be able to demonstrate applications and how they work well between the vehicle and BlackBerry.

In the video above, we see OpenBeak, a Twitter client for BlackBerry sync with the SYNC system.  The vehicle reads tweets out loud through the speakers which is pretty cool.  There’s other applications to sync and we’ll be sure to demo them out for you once we get our Ford review car.
