Carrier billing was announced earlier this year for BlackBerry App World, but not every carrier signed onto the new service right off the wagon.  According to a tip over at BlackBerry Cool, carrier billing has reached Telus customers in Canada.  Now you can purchase applications, and have the invoice hit your month to month cell phone bill in the mail.  Not so sure if this is a great idea if you get all shopping frenzy, but the option is there for those who prefer that way over credit cards and PayPal.
