So today Verizon officially announced the iPhone available on their network with a launch date of February 10th. Customers who wanted the iPhone switched to AT&T just because it was carrier exclusive, and others held on to their current carrier in best hopes that it would launch for them too.  So for those of you who currently have a BlackBerry on the Verizon network, will you switch to the iPhone now that it’s available?  Drop us a line in the comments or tweet us.

I am a long time blackberry user. A fair answer would be yes, i am planning on switching to the iphone when released. Only because verizon hasnt released a new blackberry in 2 years since the storm 2 which is what i currently have. Rumors of the storm 3 are hopeful which in that case i may not switch unless they make it a slide out like the torch. At that point i will never be a blackberry user again because i feel the slide out keyboard is a bad idea.

I firmly believe that the Blackberry OS is extremely better than Android. I love blackberry but unfortunately will have to switch to the iphone if the rumored Storm 3 has a slide out keyboard.

i had read that they are having a hotspot feature.. im all over that. rims next best thing is a smartphone companion that only works with the fone.. playbook

i doubt the storm 3 will. this slide out keyboard device is just a torch coming to verizon. the storm 3 is supposed to sport wifi hotspotting, and i think its being delayed because of QNX
