Leaked: First Images of the BlackBerry Curve “Sedona”
by Mac Jadalhack
Well we thought that was going to be it as far as leaked BlackBerry devices of 2011 went, but I guess we were wrong. We also wrote up a post about the new BlackBerry Curve not having a camera flash anymore, but it looks like it is now. The backside seems to be the same form factor of the Curve 3G we know today, but a camera flash has been put into place.
Now, as for some “specs,” it’s half as thin as the BlackBerry Bold 9700/9780 and rocks an EM-1 battery which is super thin (smaller than what we have already). There’s no model number for this one but it is codenamed “Sedona.” Also under the hood, we see 512MB of memory – which we’ve only seen in the CDMA Curve 3G. It’s running OS 6.1 which is what we had expected. That’s pretty much it so far. I’m definitely excited to see an elite series of the Curve hit the streets that isn’t so basic anymore.
