Browsing through the PocketBerry Store I came across an app that really caught my attention. It’s called Lock BlackBerry Messenger by Empower. These guys definitely got it right when they came up with this app – especially since I’m all about my privacy.

The idea is really simple. It password protects your BBM without having to password protect your phone. You can still make calls, send emails or play games on your BlackBerry. The only possible flaw I’ve came across is if you sit your phone down and your in BlackBerry Messenger it doesn’t time itself (like password keeper)out so anyone at that point can pick up your device and go through your BBM contacts. Other than that this app is amazing.
